I need to send my adverts to our advertising agency via a Word document, this can only be done by sending the document over to them by Outlook, this is the only part of our road closure process where we have to deviate from Elgin.

This feature is very difficult to implement as the formatting of word documents is extremely challenging to manage for complex creation.
It is possible to create email alerts which provide the raw text or copy this text directly from the editing box.
Our understanding is that the provision of a word document is for editing purposes. Please get in contact with your CSM or the one.network support team so we can understand what additional capabilities are required so documents can be fully implemented within one.network.
@Admin - Thank you for looking at this idea, however we've come a long way since April 2020. We utilise the templates to write up our orders and notices, then create an email alert to distribute the orders/notices. Our process is now completely on/within one.network.
