Works Status should not show works as 'In Progress' based on works dates but on the actual EToN or Street Manager 'Works Status' field. We have had works showing as In Progress which are still 'Proposed Works', so no actual start has been submitted, or the works are cancelled with no works taking place. There is also the validity period to consider for type 3 and 4 roads which means works can start late. This all leads to One.Network showing incorrect information and can generate incorrect enquiries
