Users who are new to using the Planning portal are currently needing a more intuitive means of using the app.
Currently users instinctively click on the planning portal icon on the side bar but are faced with a blank screen.
We should have a message letting the user know they need to plot a location to view the information - along with having a plotting button within the section.
