Currently you have to find the closure on the dashboard to be able to reopen or amend the opening time.
In an instance like an event where there are multiple closures on one road and they are opening slowly. it would be beneficial to allow the ability to click on an item on the map and either amend times or reopen road from that direct click.
Time would change on the individual closure and not on the plan
