Staffordshire would like a similar ability to that of a email alert at step 3 which you can select a date which the alert.
At the moment we dont have the functionality that allows the notices at step 3 to automatically 'Publish document' on a particular date.
Currently at the moment it is a manual action where the user is needed to physically go to the plan, skip to step three and select the tick box to say 'publish document' so that it displays on roadworks.org

Hi, It is possible to publish a plan a configurable number of days prior to the start date of the plan which I believe solves this use case.
