Can we remove the 'unsubscribe button for email alerts triggered via step 3 on TM App. This appears to be a redundant feature as the customer is not subscribing to a service, they have been included within the distribution list because the information within the email is deemed to be relevant to them within their professional capacity.
Can we change this to: If you wish to no longer receive emails of this nature, please request to be removed from the distribution list by emailing:
This is standard wording for de-subscribing from email alerts. We will attempt to make this clearer with improved template design
