Allow us to rename diversion popup boxes

Hi Elgin,

Please can we have the ability to rename the diversion route on the pop up box that opens when the user clicks on a diversion route symbol (Highlighted in yellow on Screenshot1, attached). Would also like the bespoke name to appear on the "multiple items at this location" pop up (Screenshot 2, attached).

This would make it much clearer where diversion routes overlap, including where there is both a northbound and southbound diversion or where the user is looking at a large period of dates for some reason. Particularly helpful when selecting from the multiple items list as often several items with the same name (and often date, leaving you nothing to differentiate them) are displayed.

This could also be extended to other items such as Road Closure, but the issue is far greater with Diversion routes as they are both longer and more numerous (and have a greater chance of sharing dates due to the aforementioned north/south bound issue).
