Can a user receive a notification when a utility cancels a permit ?

When creating a TM plan and associating to a permit. If a utilty decides to cancel the permit and re-raise. The original TM plan is expired.

Please would you be able to concider, sending us a notification for a cancelled permit so that we can be informed to re-apply the TM plan
