Whilst the one.network is very useful to me as a domestic road user, I find the pop-up information about scheduled roadworks can sometimes be very confusing, and very difficult to work out the impact the roadworks will have on my journey.
As an example, the M27 is undergoing major works to convert it to a SMART motorway so is subject to various closures of the main carriageway and/or exit/entry slip roads. When you hover over a roadworks symbol, sometimes you are presented with a mass of information which can also appear contradictory to itself, so working out what is closed or not is almost impossible. A simple precis as to what is closed, and at what times, is all domestic users need.

This feature is available, it is a module which we call Content Management. Organisations who subscribe to this have module can create friendly public facing information to ensure they give road users the best possible information.
We are working hard to get this functionality used by as many organisations as possible!
