Indicate whether a user is a Community Admin in the User Management tool.

Add a tickbox to the main table but also provide a filter option.

Users don't always know who the Community Admin is meaning they are required to raise a ticket to request changes which is inconvenient for them and distracts the support team from higher priority requests.
