When copying an old plan to re use, unless you remember to delete the emails on level 3, when you save they get sent out again. This should not be allowed to happen it just causes confusion. They cannot be re-used as the information will have changed it is pointless that the computer sends automatically .

I'm afraid we will not be able to implement this idea.
When email templates are used the variable details in the email alerts will be updated and a large number of our users utilise this feature to reduce the communication burden.
