Allow subscribing organisations to create standard alerts for their area that users both public and private can subscribe to. In this way a local authority could create alerts for each of their wards as well as major events and strategic routes that any user could subscribe to by selecting from a list. This would help increase the uptake from elected members as well as allowing events teams to share alerts that affect their event easily. The local authority would be able to fine tune the alert and then share their effort.
