Emails are sent out to stakeholders and others to inform them of proposed roadworks. This regularly prompts responses, mainly from transport authorities/organisations and ward members. However; one.network doesn't allow recipients to respond and means that questions or concerns cannot be readily answered.
Is it possible for emails to be sent to one.network in response to emails sent out via this platform?

Hi,
The reason that we do not allow replies directly from one.network emails is because the works will have a variety of works promoters. Responses would need to be directed to the relevant works promoter and provision of details individually is difficult as we do not have contact details for every works promoter.
