I receive daily One.Network email alerts for my home town, Folkestone, down in Kent and noticed this morning on the daily email bulletin (screenshot attached) that activities are coming through with no real description and provides no context to what the activity actually is.
We have just gone live with a brand new online licencing system, which also syncs the licences to Street Manager as an activity, once approved. On the One.Network map, the activities seem to display correctly apart from one or two which I was advised would be fixed at the end of the month. (September)
However, for email alerts can this be looked at and updated to show the correct licence type. There doesn’t even appear to have a line to show the activity type? (Skips, Scaffold, Crane, etc) Just the works/activity reference. Hopefully this can be updated fairly quickly as this will likely cause some confusion with the public, even more so given the amount of licences applications we receive and approve each day.
