Currently when adding TM you need to zoom to the area and select the works from a list. Instead make it possible to open a job in Traffic Management and automatically link to the selected job instead of picking from a list which can get large when there are many works in an area. Currently you can open existing TM in this way so it would be an extension of that idea.
