Relating to the new ability to plot diversions into neighbouring HAs, it would be useful:
a) if the affected HA could be notified in some way
or
b) if there was a flag to the plotting HA to remind the user to notify the neighbouring HA themselves/.

This would be a handy way to facilitate a request to use other HA's Network
The old EToN notifications would have been good in this example as then simply by plotting the diversion, the respective HA's would be sent a notification for each USRN that was selected.
Unfortunately, as SM doesn't have anything for Diversions currently, perhaps something could be done to raise an activity? It would likely need ELGIN to have the ability to do that for every HA into SM but in theory would be possible.
It would be useful to have a template email asking for permission for the diversion through their area that they could respond to
