Feature requests –

1. When a user signs up to individual works via CM. When we receive the form on our side, we as the client would like to have a hyperlink on the “works ref”, which we can then click onto, to take us to the specific work. Please see image 1.
   

2. When a user signs up to individual works via CM. When we receive the form on our side, we as the client would like to the “Subject” field (on the form received) to provide “location details”. At present the “Subject” field says “Works Enquiry”. Please see image 2
   

3. On the CM call out, when a user signs up for individual works, you only ask for their email address. Please could you also add a field that asks the user for their “full name”. Please see image 3.
   
   The reason for this request: We currently record these questions from one.network on Confirm and because we don’t have a customer name we have to record as anonymous but with an email address we can’t create a proper customer contact
   

4. When a user signs up to individual works via CM. When we receive the form on our side, we as the client would like to see the “works location” field, include both the “Street Name” and “Town”, at present we only see “Street Name”, which makes it hard to identify the location. Please see image 4.
   

5. When a user signs up to individual works via CM. When we receive the form on our side, we as the client would like to see the “works description” field to display the “actual” works description.. Please see image 5.
