At present these works are added to one.network with dates set as follows: 2028 = Essex. 2029 = Non-Essex (utility etc). These blanket orders can cover 10 USRNs so are an efficient way of working for the HA.
The difficulty is that using dates to manage visibility of works is just a workaround and prone to error.
It would be preferable to have a bespoke layer for unassociated/forward planned works that can be toggled on and off.
The icons could have a question mark added along the lines of the Emergency icon.
