Sometimes as the highways authority we licence temporary structure which don't fall under the usual scaffolds / hoardings / cranes etc
It would be good to have a category in plans for just a temporary structure (possibly with the option to free type exactly what) as the other categories do not fit well and could be misinterpreted by the public as other works taking place.
