An effective way to organise the Events add on would be to allow collaboration across multiple stakeholders (e.g HAs, district councils, emergency services and event organisers). Access for all of the above and functionality similar to Plan Share would allow for coordinated planning of larger events and ensure that each stage of planning is carried out by the appropriate stakeholder.
