Can a layer be created for the Traffic Counts from:
https://roadtraffic.dft.gov.uk/#10/54.6849/-1.7970/basemap-localauthorities-countpoints
or similar dataset?
This would assist in determining impact of any Traffic Management and the type of TM required.
