I regularly review your email alerts.
It appears they are listed in alphabetical order of the street where the work is going to be carried out.
Could you please list by location then road which is how many of your users will review the information.
I realise some transport companies may be more interested in the roads.
Best option would be a basic sort on the website of Location, Road (A6), or Street name, (Postcode?). Also an option for the email sent to go directly to your website or provide the full text as in the current format.
