Multi Phase Closures

** Copied & Pasted Colleagues Email **

Hello Jay,

Following our conversation yesterday, I would like to query whether One.Network can make a change for road closures/diversions that have multiple phases and therefore gaps between the closures being active.

My example is below, and this is the information I have added in the description box to make this information clear to members of the public:

Description of works - To allow signal control works to be carried out in 6 phases.

Phase 1 - Foads Hill will be closed from 22:00 hours on 29th October 2022, with estimated completion by 06:00 hours on 31st October 2022.

Phase 2 - Foads Hill will be closed from 22:00 hours on 26th November 2022, with estimated completion by 06:00 hours on 28th November 2022.

Phase 3 - Foads Hill will be closed from 22:00 hours on 9th December 2022, with estimated completion by 06:00 hours on 12th December 2022.

Phase 4 - Foads Hill will be closed from 22:00 hours on 4th February 2023, with estimated completion by 06:00 hours on 6th February 2023.

Phase 5 - Foads Hill will be closed from 22:00 hours on 11th February 2023, with estimated completion by 06:00 hours on 13th February 2023.

Phase 6 - Foads Hill will be closed from 22:00 hours on 18th February 2023, with estimated completion by 06:00 hours on 13th March 2023.

Instead of multi-phase closures, like the above, showing as live for the whole duration could the below function be amended, so you could add additional start and end boxes to cover the dates, so the information would only show on One.Network when live (perhaps a + option to keep adding as many start and end date boxes as required):

This would make the information clearer to members of the public and would be less time consuming than the other option of copying the plan multiple times and linking to all individual permits.
