Doc templates - Please can highlighting rule be reflected at Step 3 for tags

Issue:
At present, creating a doc template via the "Settings enviroment", if we highlight a tag "red" (for example #road name#). When opening the same document at Step 3, the tag colour changes yellow ?

Please can the can highligted colour via the "Settings enviroment" be reflected at Step 3
