Can a HA authority have free access to the information we provide especially when its already on the NSG layer.

Under the fremium works planning package there are options that need paying for. These options contain information that the HA have provided and are oftentimes replicated on the NSG layer. Please can you review if access to the this information can be made available to HA users.
