To clarify If you type in a new street name that is away from your current location, then in my mind it would be good to clear the call out box. I am not suggesting it clears when you move around with the mouse.
Hello, What do you mean by 'change street' - moving around on the map? If it is this, a lot of users appreciate the callout remaining on the screen, for keeping the context available for viewing.
