Immediate (both Emergency and Urgent) works are often the most disruptive works we see on our network, particularly where there is disruptive traffic management. We would benefit from notifications by an email alert when these Permits are registered and particularly with certain traffic management types (the high impact traffic management interventions) and particularly road closures. This would then trigger a quicker response from us, and we can notify stakeholders of these impacts.
