At the moment active and forward planning roadworks share the same icon, I was told by support active one have red circle and forward planning ones have grey. They must have mistaken because they both have red circles. I attach a screen shot for you to have a look (Handforth, Cheshire). Forward planning one should have a completely different icon so that users of your map can know instantly which area to avoid. In the screen shot the active roadworks have been circled in red and forward planning ones in blue. They both look the same.
