To have the colours of unpublished TTRO's be different from the regular red (for the restriction) and blue (for the diversion) would help massively for our permit teams to identify any that are still waiting further information for and those that are concrete. For example, we have a lot of road closures that are applied for with a three month duration as the dates aren't completely agreed but they are needed on one.network for process purposes. Having them appear the same as TTRO's that have dates agreed and broadcasts scheduled can be really confusing. Having unpublished closures in a different colour would help us "ignore" them while trying to coordinate
