Ability to re-open and edit an expired TM plan as still live IRL and original emails/docs link to the plan ID.
If a Step one end date update is missed for any reason the plan expires and it can only be copied and set up as a new plan with new plan ID which does not match previously sent links or details given in TTRO documents.
