Allowing ON users to easily plot and display routes of local significance which should be considered by TM users when planning works. This will allow authorities to make local knowledge explicit and communicate to team members when a route is off limits, or worthy of further consideration.
The option to apply time periods when the route is significant would also be helpful.
e.g. routes which would affect travelling into a seaside town, when serious consideration needs to be given before planning works in summer months.
