Enforcement patterns do not allow for instances outside of weekly repetition e.g. every other Tuesday in a given time span or 3rd Wednesday of the month only

It would be good to get both days and times added for TRO's as it could change from different times on different days/nights
This would be really handy for more complex schemes
This would be useful to me for playing out schemes, Markets or regular weekly or monthly events
