I have received various feedback from colleagues and they mention how difficult it is on our templates to read text underneath red highlights. Please could we have more colour options on here. As you can appreciate we all have different levels of eyesight sensitivity and would appreciate your consideration in this matter.

We are now more than 2 years in the future for this consideration. Please advise when the changes will be implemented.
This has been sitting at future consideration for some time - please can it be considered soon
I and my colleagues also find it difficult to read this then takes several attempts to edit correctly and can be time consuming - options for different colour highlighting please
More importantly how does this deal with our obligations to make reasonable adjustments for the partially sighted? This is a legal obligation that we need to comply with.
